By creating an account or using Activet, you agree to these terms. If you're using Activet on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service description

Activet is a cloud-based veterinary practice management platform providing scheduling, clinical records, billing, inventory, reporting, and related features. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Data ownership

You own your data. Activet does not claim ownership of the clinical records, client information, or any other content you create within the platform. We process your data solely to provide the service.

5. Payment terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data, or use Activet for any purpose other than legitimate veterinary practice management.

7. Limitation of liability

Activet is provided "as is." While we strive for high availability and data integrity, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
