When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and clinic details. During normal use of the platform, we process clinical records, patient data, invoices, and other practice information that you choose to enter.

We use your information to provide and improve the Activet platform, process payments, send transactional communications (appointment reminders, invoice notifications), and respond to support requests.

3. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each clinic's data is isolated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. Access is controlled through role-based permissions with full audit logging.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and infrastructure hosting. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
